How To Delete Kami Account

They understand that Kami may not be a good fit for everyone, so they can understand if you want to uninstall them, or even delete your account permanently.

Follow these steps below to delete your account:

Step 1. Log into your account.
Step 2. Go to your settings (The link will take you to the login screen and settings page directly).
Step 3. Scroll down to the bottom of that page.
Step 4. Select the Delete My Account button.
Step 5. Now, you will be required to authorize your account to begin deletion:
Step 6. And finally, once that is authorized, you will receive an email confirming that your account will be deleted in 7 days during which time you can get in touch with them (support@kamiapp.com) if you wish to cancel this deletion request.

NOTE: If you do have any issues with deleting your account, please let them know via support@kamiapp.com and if necessary they can delete it manually for you. Please note manual deletion also takes 7 days to process.

Uninstall Kami

There are three ways to uninstall Kami from your device, depending on how you have installed it.

  • Extension
    • Go to chrome://extensions/ and remove it by clicking the trash can. 
  • App
    • Go to chrome://apps/ and remove it by right-clicking the Kami icon. 
  • Google Drive
