Follow these steps below:

Step 1. Open your Internet browser and go to the OneDrive Notebooks page. This will direct you to the website for OneNote’s online version of the app.
Step 2. Click Sign In. This will redirect you to a page where you will need to enter the email and password associated with your Microsoft account.
NOTE: If you don’t have an online Microsoft account, you’ll need to register the email associated with your Microsoft apps and create a password to access features like deleting notebooks stored in your OneDrive.
Step 3. Now, select Manage and Delete. This will be on the right side of a gray pane in the top-center of the Notebooks page.
Step 4. Click on the Documents folder. This is the folder where your OneNote notebooks are stored.
Step 5. Click on the check mark by the notebook you want to delete. This is in the top-right corner of the notebook’s icon, which will appear when you hover over the notebook.
Step 6. And finally, select Delete. This will be listed in a panel above the notebook files and will delete the notebook from your OneNote account.
