How To Delete OurPact Account

NOTE: Deleting a child profile within your parent app will send a command to remove management from the child devices associated with this management profile. 

Follow these steps below to edit or delete my child’s management profile:

Step 1. Launch OurPact
Step 2. Select the child profile you want to edit or delete
Step 3. Select edit in the lower half of the child’s icon.
Step 4. Edit: Name, Age, Gender, Time Zone, or Image
Step 5. Delete: Tap the word Delete, then Delete Child in the pop up to delete your child’s management profile.

Follow these steps below to edit or delete a child’s management profile in the Web App (app.ourpact.com):

Step 1. Log into your account at app.ourpact.com
Step 2. Select the child profile you want to edit or delete
Step 3. Select Edit in the lower half of the child’s icon. 
Step 4. Edit: Name, Age, Gender, Time Zone, or Image and click the Save button to save your changes
Step 5. Delete: Tap the red Trash icon and then Delete to delete your child’s management profile.

Data (Account) Deletion Request

You may submit a verifiable request for them to delete any personal information they have collected about you. Please note that this is subject to certain exceptions.

Once they receive and confirm your verifiable request, they will delete your personal information from their records, unless an exception applies.

However, if they are not able to verify your identity, they will deny your request to delete it. They may also deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for them or their service provider(s)…

Follow these steps below:

Step 1. Log into your Email Account that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 2. Compose an email requesting account deletion, with your honest reason.
NOTE: You must state your account information on the body of your message.
Step 3. Now, in the Subject section type “REQUEST TO PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNT/DATA”
Step 4. And finally, send the email to dataprotection@ourpact.com.
