How To Delete Zety Account
Deletion or Deactivation of User Content and/or your Account.
You may request that they delete resumes and cover letters by logging into your account and clicking on the My Settings and “Resumes” or “Letters” tabs.
Your User Content can only be deleted from public view by deactivating or deleting your Account. You can do this by going to your Account and clicking the My Settings and “Overview” tab.
Meanwhile, when you request that your public User Content be deleted, your resume or profiles will no longer be visible to other users within the Service. However, if your User Content, including your information, was previously accessed, stored, and/or copied by others, they will be unable to delete the information from their systems.
Follow these steps below to permanently delete your Zety account:
Step 1. Simply log into your Zety.com account. From there select the Account section from the left-side menu, or from the drop-down menu in the top right of the window.
Step 2. Once you are in the My Account section, click the Delete my account button on the right side of the page.
Step 3. Once you have clicked the delete my account button, you’ll be taken to our removal page. Here, you’ll be able to let us know your reasons for deleting your account if you’d like to offer us any helpful feedback. When you’re ready, you can click the Delete My Account button again.
Step 4. After clicking the button, you will be prompted to enter your password to confirm your account deletion. Once your password has been entered, click on the Delete my account button. Please remember that deleting your account is irreversible, and you will lose access to both your account and all the documents created on it.
Data (Account) Deletion Request
You may submit a verifiable request for them to delete any personal information they have collected about you. Please note that this is subject to certain exceptions.
Once they receive and confirm your verifiable request, they will delete your personal information from their records, unless an exception applies.
However, if they are not able to verify your identity, they will deny your request to delete it. They may also deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for them or their service provider(s)…

Step 2. Compose an email requesting account deletion, with your honest reason.
NOTE: You must state your account information on the body of your message.
Step 3. Now, in the Subject section type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”
Step 4. And finally, send the email to email@example.com.
